eci Construction brought KD3 Design Studio to the project team for the design of a new 6,000 SF concept specialty grocery store developed by Weaver’s of Wellsville, a 130 year old legendary butcher shop. They’re bringing back a hometown grocery store in the heart of their small town.

A tall corner gable signifies the store’s main entrance and provides a large facade for signage. Perimeter porches give shelter, outdoor retail space and sunroom dining. Inside, the U-shaped meat counter under a mezzanine dining area is the focal statement of the interior design.
