KD3 was brought to the project team by Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc to design the retail building shell to be compatible with Trader Joe’s design guidelines, while bringing a unique contemporary aesthetic to the project, completed in 2022.

The elevated billboard-sized sign face sits aside US Route 15, effectively and efficiently offering brand-awareness to passers-by.

Adjoining retail spaces are autonomous, yet complementary in facade design for a clean and cohesive overall aesthetic.
