Just under 3,000 SF, Rother Dental is an interior tenant fit-out for which KD3 provided Permit Drawings and Interior Design Consulting Services.

KD3 assisted in the development of the strong vision and concept created by Dr. Ryan Rother and the dental practice’s partners. “The days of the ‘sliding glass window’ dental practice are over,” says Dr. Rother. “An attractive, state-of-the-art, comfortable and stylish practice is a conversation piece that patients will gossip about. It’s important to let our patients know our practice reflects the level of dentistry we strive to provide.”
